We are open weekends until the end of December from 10 am to 5 pm (or dusk on short days) for drop-in tastings and are happy to open the gate at other times for sales. Within Canada, we avoid shipping when extremes of temperature are expected. All wines should be allowed time to recover after shipping. Pinots are very sensitive to motion. If it is shipped, it should be allowed 6 weeks in a cool, quiet place to recover from bottle shock. Otherwise, it may appear to be oxidized or "off". We regret that we are not able to ship wine to individuals in the USA. There are no restrictions on shipping balsamic vinegar and Verjus. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE MAY HAVE TO LIMIT QUANTITIES
